Will every piece explain where the materials came from?
Yes. Every piece carries the clearest material story we can give: country, area, material memory, visual mood, and the live moment that makes it yours.
What arrives in the package?
Prepared materials for your piece, findings and closure components, the needed tool pair, Origin Note, Reserve Card, Care Card, and workshop access details.
Is this a subscription?
No. Joining the First Access List does not buy, preorder, or subscribe you to anything. Rare By Me opens one limited piece at a time, with no card today and no recurring plan.

When do I pay?
Payment opens only if you choose to accept after the price, material notes, workshop timing, shipping timing, and cancellation terms are sent.
When will the first Piece ship?
We will not ask for payment until we can give a clear shipping window for the Piece being claimed.
Do I need jewelry experience?
No. Each piece is beginner-safe and designed for a 1-2 hour guided Google Meet workshop. The package includes the needed tool pair and prepared materials.
What happens if I make a mistake?
The live room includes checkpoints for layout, tension, closure, and wearability. If you need help after the session, support continues until the piece is complete.
How does the workshop and recording work?
Each Live Workshop happens on Google Meet and is designed to take 1-2 hours. The recording is permanently available to you.
Can I use the recording instead of attending live?
Yes. You can finish later with the permanent recording, and you can email support if you need a checkpoint before wearing the piece.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Free worldwide shipping is included in the USD price of each piece.
What about duties, VAT, or import taxes?
Duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the USD price. If your country may charge them, we flag that before payment so you can decide.
How does gifting work?
Use the gift option when you join First Access. You can keep the surprise intact, add recipient country and timezone, and choose whether they join live or use the recording later when it is time to accept the Piece.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
You can cancel before payment. If you have paid and your package has not shipped, you can receive a full refund. After shipment, returns and refunds are reviewed case by case.
