Order, delivery, return, and refund terms

A request uses no card and does not hold a piece.
We confirm eligibility, exact shipping and workshop timing, and the PayPal payment link before you decide whether to pay.
Your order is confirmed only after PayPal payment.
Rare By Me pays worldwide shipping, duties, and import taxes.
You may cancel before dispatch.
You may return an unused, complete order within 14 days of delivery.
You pay return postage for a preference return.
Rare By Me pays return costs for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
There is no restocking fee.
Approved refunds are issued through PayPal.
