COMPLETION ASSURANCE
We measure ourselves by your success.
If a customer follows the guided checkpoints and the piece is not wearable, Rare By Me replaces the affected supplied parts and meets again as many times as needed at no extra cost. The assigned host owns the case until it is wearable.
If supplied materials, design, or guidance make a wearable result impossible, Rare By Me will refund the order.
Abandonment, loss, or unrelated damage follows the normal policy.
