Privacy
We use your pre-order request to check availability, contact you about the piece, and send the payment, shipping, workshop, and support information needed to fulfil your order. These messages are transactional; a pre-order request does not add you to a marketing list.
We may collect your name, original and normalized email address, WhatsApp or mobile number if you provide one, piece, two-letter country code, request status, email-provider acceptance IDs and delivery status, source and campaign fields, landing path, referrer, timestamps, payment status, shipping status, and support messages. We do not store your raw IP address. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters use request totals and a one-way hash of the normalized email address, not an IP identifier.
PostHog in the EU measures page use and the pre-order funnel without analytics cookies or a stored analytics identifier in your browser. We do not send your name, email, mobile number, or form answers to PostHog. Attribution attached to a completed pre-order request is stored with that request. Payments are handled by the payment provider shown before you pay; Rare By Me does not store full card numbers.
Live Workshop recordings
A shared Live Workshop is recorded only after advance notice and explicit consent from every participant. Depending on how people take part, the recording may capture audio, video, and chat. We provide it only to registered participants in that workshop.
You may keep your downloaded copy, but may not repost it or share another participant's audio, video, chat, image, or words without separate permission. If you do not consent, we offer a non-recorded private completion-support session instead.
Private WhatsApp group
After payment, you may join the private WhatsApp group for people who create with Rare By Me. Joining requires explicit opt-in and is not marketing consent. WhatsApp participants see one another's phone number, profile, and posts. The invite link is not public or forwarded, and Rare By Me does not publish a private group URL.
The group is optional. Declining, leaving, or never joining does not affect your workshop, downloadable recording, private support, or completion assurance. Essential instructions stay in email and downloads. The group is not monitored continuously, and no group response time is promised; accountable technical, safety, fit, payment, delivery, return, and completion help stays direct with Marina or Ira.
No selling, affiliates, recruiting, unsolicited direct messages, screenshots, reposts, or harassment. We ask for separate written permission before Rare By Me republishes customer content. The existing Facebook Page is the public layer for permissioned customer work, comments, and Coming Next; it is not a dependable support channel, and Rare By Me does not operate a private Facebook Group.
Customer operations records
To provide accountable service, a pre-order record can include its assigned owner, manual owner override, reply deadline, append-only status history, completion-support session history, and private-group opt-in and invitation timestamps. Support requests are stored as separate records, including the selected topic, message, timestamps, and email-provider acceptance or failure details. Repeated support requests and completion-support sessions stay as separate entries so the service history remains accurate.
